Mozambique prepares for second encounter with Cyclone Freddy

People in coastal Mozambique have been moving into shelters - as the country braces for Cyclone Freddy to hit for a second time. The storm is due to make landfall in the coming hours. It formed thirty-three days ago - and experts say it's on course to set a new record as the longest-lasting tropical storm. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
