केंद्रीय कानून मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू (Kiren Rijiju) ने न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता (Independence Of Judiciary) (Freedom Of Judiciary) को लेकर कहा, कि ना तो कोई व्यक्ति और ना ही कोई राजनीतिक पार्टी कोई भी इस पर सवाल नहीं उठा सकता। उन्होंने कहा कि कभी भी न्यायपालिका (Indian Judiciary) को विपक्षी दल की भूमिका में आने को मजबूर नहीं कर सकता। किरेन रिजिजू ने कहा कि कानून और व्यवस्था (law and order) के रहते हुए कोई भी मनमाने ढंग से काम नहीं कर सकता। साथ ही कोई भी भारतीय लोकतंत्र (Indian democracy) पर भी सवाल नहीं उठा सकता।
