The Kenya High Court Has Given The Ethics And Anti-Corruption Detectives Orders To Recover Over Sh26 Million From Former Homa Bay County Assembly Clerk Boaz Otieno And His Wife Evelyn Ogutu. Addressing The Press At The Kisii County Eacc Headquarters In Kisiitown Yesterday, South Nyanza Regional Eacc Director Enock Otiko Said The Fraud Occurred Due To Conflict Of Interest Where An Entity Registered In A Family Name Did Business With The Assembly.
