AAP MLA Sanjay Singh on February 27 held a Press Conference in New Delhi after his release on the charges of staging a demonstration outside the CBI office, in support of Manish Sisodia over his arrest in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case. Speaking at the conference, Sanjay Singh alleged the Modi-led BJP government for arresting Manish Sisodia to cover up their scams. “Narendra Modi ji’s government has arrested Manish Sisodia for political reasons and to cover up their scams. Modi’s government, who works for Adani, has been involved in the scams of lakhs of people. To divert attention from him, action is being taken against Manish Sisodia when there was a demand in Parliament to form a JPC and investigate against Adani,” the AAP MP said.
