Residents along River Murray in need of financial relief

Flooded residents along the River Murray in South Australia could get some financial relief with local councils looking to offer rebates on rates with many homes rendered inaccessible for months. But in one small community which has been underwater for nearly two months residents feel authorities could've done more to help them stay dry.
