On February 22, dramatic scenes were witnessed at the Delhi Civic Centre. Ruckus erupted during the election for the six members of the Standing Committee. The mayhem continued till into the early hours of February 23. Videos of the event have gone viral on social media. Videos show the councillors screaming, punching, throwing water bottles at each other and damaging property. Ballot boxes were also thrown into the Well.
