The remains of the four people onboard the Cessna plane that crashed on the slopes of Mayon Volcano were found on Wednesday afternoon.
The Cessna plane carrying two Filipino crew members and two Australian passengers was reported missing on a Saturday. It was located the following day near Mayon's crater.
Camalig Mayor Carlos Irwin Baldo says the remains are still recognizable. He adds the retrieval team that climbed the slopes of the volcano will be bringing down the remains within the day.
