Alvarado scored 13 points in Team Pau's first game against Team Deron, helping them to a 40-25 victory. In the final game, Team Pau beat Team Joakim 25-20 on Alvarado's game-winning 3-pointer. Before hitting the shot, Alvarado made a bet with Donovan Mitchell that he would make it.
