In this video, we show you how to make Chicken Wings with Angry Sauce, a Korean-inspired recipe that’s both sweet and a bit spicy. The sauce is made with a mixture of gochujang (Korean chile paste), gochugaru (Korean chile powder), sugar, sesame oil, water, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, (note - this sauce is great as a pork marinade). To make this recipe, roast six pounds of chicken wings in a 450 degree oven until they are crispy. Toss the wings in the Angry Sauce and finish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions. Perfect for entertaining a crowd on game night.
