Inspiriert durch die Unruhen 2005 in Paris, Stéphane, einen frisch transplantierten der verarmten Vorort Montfermeil, verbindet die lokalen anti-crime squad. Arbeitet neben seiner skrupellosen Kollegen Chris und Gwada, Stéphane Kämpfe zur Aufrechterhaltung der Ordnung inmitten der steigenden Spannungen zwischen lokalen Banden.
