Corrupt Philippine Court Breaks Laws & Mutes Trial When Confronted. The Judge blocked Cross Examination of witness lying saying "its reserved for another time". How can you question a witness when they are gone?

Judge Is confronted on several Constitutional & Rule Violations. The Judge Mutes the hearings & refused to let me to talk to my "appointed attorney", hid the transcripts in a "public trial"
1987 Philippine Consitution Bill of Right
Section 1 Equal Protection - Obviously not protected because I'm a Foreigner & not a Lawyer
Section 12 . "If the person cannot afford the services of counsel, he must be provided with one"
Section 14 "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall be presumed innocent until the contrary is proved, and shall enjoy the right to be heard by HIMSELF and counsel"
Judge Refused to allow me to pass EVIDENCE of perjury to Appointed Lawyer.
Section 14. "Right to meet Witness face to face" - Muted the Cross Examination before I was finished consulting with Lawyer or able to ask questions
Right to Present evidence - The court has of evidence of CONTRADICTING statements by the witness & ignores it saying its not my turn.
Right to Speedy Trial & impartial Trial - 3 Year trial Delayed again until March.
