Cyclonic storm Gabrielle buffeted Australia's Norfolk Island overnight and has begun to lash the northernmost region of New Zealand. Authorities in New Zealand on Sunday warned the residents to hunker down and prepare an evacuation plan as Cyclone Gabrielle nears.
