With the trend of consumers shifting towards traditional flavored che products that must ensure food safety and hygiene, in recent years, most che production regions have produced according to food safety standards such as VietGAP and organic. This is also the direction that the Safe Che Cooperative of Thái Nguyên Province has applied for many years, thus, the products of the cooperative not only meet the domestic market but also receive high evaluations from major markets.

Với xu hướng người tiêu dùng hướng đến những sản phẩm chè có hương vị truyền thống như phải đảm bảo ATVSTP, những năm gần đây, phần lớn các vùng chè đã sản xuất theo các tiêu chuẩn an toàn như Vietgap, hữu cơ. Đây cũng là hướng đi mà HTX Chè an toàn Khe Cốc của tỉnh Thái Nguyên đã áp dụng nhiều năm nay, nhờ vậy, sản phẩm của HTX không chỉ đáp ứng tốt thị trường trong nước mà còn được các thị trường lớn đánh giá cao.
