As Aboriginal communities in Central Australia prepare for the return of blanket grog bans, some residents say it'll bring respite from the scourge of alcohol abuse. But others say it will impinge on their freedoms with liquor only allowed back into communities if more than 60 per cent of residents agree to new alcohol management plans.
