Subscribe to my FREE NEWSLETTER at http://TheBestWayToExercise.com and check out my BLOG at http://thebestwaytoexercise.blogspot.com "Did you know that you almost never have to do anything special to focus on the weaker side of your body? Training consistently with isolateral, unilateral, independent-motion machine and free weight exercises forces your non-dominant and less-coordinated movement patterns to recruit more relative motor units to do the same amount of work, because of neurological inefficiencies, which often results in slightly bigger and stronger non-dominant musculature. Basically, weaker works harder to do the same amount of work. So, unless your goal is two-sets of 90lb lopsided chesticles, do yourself a favor And don’t train like Joe Six-Pack!!!" If you have any questions, please direct them to my website: www.TheBestWayToExercise.com Thanks for watching, Doug :-) *A special thanks to Joe S.ix Pack **Thanks to www.PartnersInRhyme.com for the use of their royalty-free music. :-)
