Valentine's Day is a week away and many people may be rushing around trying to pick up last minute cards, gifts, and organise romantic plans for the big day.

Whether you have a partner, want to spend Valentine's Day with friends, or don't celebrate it at all, there's no doubt you will have seen heart displays and gifts decorating some of the well-known high street stores.

We took to the streets of Manchester to find out what local people are doing this year and what they think is the perfect way to celebrate on February 14.
