As heavy dark clouds hung above the tourist filled city of Laguna, Santa Catarina, Brazil, the sky changed to a dark green hue. Winds were blowing strongly as thunder began to rumble all around. The severe weather was filmed by a bystander as they watched thick, black funnel clouds move quickly across the sky. A storm soon commenced, pouring heavily and bringing with it severe gusts. During the storm's outbreak, a tornado also touched down in a neighboring city.
