It's been years since Beyoncé has taken the stage for a full concert, but the pop superstar performed in Dubai for an invitation-only guest list to mark the opening of the Atlantis The Royal hotel on Jan. 21. Photographers on the red carpet caught many of the celebrity attendees before Queen Bey sang her first note.
