This is my most popular meditation, especially for anyone who struggles with anxiety. I walk you through sitting by a stream and placing your thoughts on leaves so you can watch them go by. You are not your thoughts and you don't have to feel like they run away with you. You can take control of your mind. Mindfulness is about being in a moment. This mediation allows you to be in a moment while choosing which thoughts you are going to give your time.
