Orange Drizzle Cake
Ingredients
Butter 100 gm
Caster sugar 150 gm
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence 5 drops
Orange juice 60 ml
Flour 225 gm
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Orange zest 1 tsp
Temperature 170°c
Time 30 minutes
Method
In a bowl add butter, caster sugar and vanilla essence. Beat well until creamy. Add in eggs one by one, beat well. Add in orange juice, flour, baking powder, orange zest and salt. Fold it properly. Then add the prepared batter in the pan and bake it in an oven at 170 c for about 30 minutes.
