Barzaga offers P25,000-reward for capture of Dasmariñas hit-and-run driver

A CCTV camera footage shared by Cavite 4th district Rep. Elpidio Barzaga Jr. in a subsequent post showed how the large van appeared out of nowhere and struck the hapless motorbikers from behind. The victims were waiting on a red light when they were hit. The incident took place at 1:57 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, at the intersection of Aguinaldo Highway and Dano Street.
