Crispy Garlic Baked Potato Wedges. Recipe by Always Yummy!

«Potato wedges» is an excellent snack for a party or a favorite movie watching - easy cooked, tasty and above all with tender crispy crust. Serve it with cheese sauce, ketchup, sour cream or vegetables.

✅ Ingredients:
• potato – 2 lb /800 g
• olive oil – 3 tbsp
• garlic powder – 1 tsp
• potato seasoning – 3 tsp
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp

✅ You will need:
• oven
• baking tray
• parchment paper
• bowl

Preparation:
1. Cut the potato into long wedges of equal size, lay into a bowl and pour with hot not boiling water. Leave for 15 minutes.
2. Drain the potato and dry with a towel.
3. Lay the potato into the bowl and pour with the olive oil, add the garlic powder and potato seasoning. Stir carefully making all the wedges evenly coated with oil and spices.
4. Lay out a parchment paper in a baking tray and make lines of the potato wedges.
5. Preheat oven to 400°F /200°C and bake the potato for 15 minutes then take the tray out and flip the wedges and bake for 10 minutes more at 400°F /200°C.
6. Serve your potato wedges with cheese sauce, ketchup, sour cream or fresh vegetables.
