On January 15, at least 68 people died after a plane crashed minutes before landing in Nepal. The aircraft was carrying 72 people. On Sunday morning, an ATR aircraft took off from Kathmandu for Pokhara. The plane, operated by Yeti Airlines, crashed before landing at Pokhara. Of the 72 people on board the aircraft, five were Indians and four were crew members. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said he is “pained by the tragic air crash.” External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar also expressed grief. Watch the video to know more.
