When a small country health service in regional Victoria found itself facing a staff shortage during the pandemic, it was forced to start thinking outside the square to fill the gap. Now, with the help of its local high school, the Boort Hospital has found a way to fill its roster in the short term, while giving the students a chance to be part of a long term solution.
