The muscular man in near pearl shop peddler need help with Kanaloamari, in order to get Kanaloamari you need to find creature named Tentacular, defeat it with Tempered Tantrum pep power (only Luminary need to pep up in order to use this pep power) , after you defeat Tentacular return to a man in Lonalulu to claim your reward.
