Dragon Quest XI Side Quest No.27 Understanding Angri-La
The monk in Angri-La wants you to defeat an enemy named Boreal Serpent with pep power name Blaze of Glory (which can be perform with Luminary and Hendrik) with both of them pep up at same time. after finish defeat the Boreal Serpent return to the monk in Angri-La to claim your reward.
