Even with all the rain, water conservation remains important

California has been inundated by relentless rain for the past two weeks, with another storm set to hit the state tomorrow. Still, the City of Bakersfield and Cal Water say we still need to conserve water, and the restrictions put in place by the city will remain in effect for now.
