Thursday California cleaning up mother nature's destruction. Weeks of rain and snow along the West Coast eased the state's years of drought. The state went from 27 percent extreme drought, the second highest level, to pretty much gone. Officials say the excessive moisture over the west that atmospheric river is enhanced by climate change. The warmer the atmosphere, the more water it holds, dumping heavier amounts of rain and snow.
