Pineapple Chicken Salad with Grapes. Recipe by Always Yummy!

Chicken breast salad with grape and canned pineapple in curry sauce is a perfect and exquisite meal for your festive table or light dinner. You will need 20 minutes only to cook it.

✅ Ingredients:
• chicken breast – 1,8 lb / 800 g
• canned pineapple chunks – 1 cup / 250 g
• green grape – 7 oz / 200 g
• mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
• vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
• curry – ½ tsp
• cilantro leaves – 1 tbsp
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp

✅ You will need:
• bowl
• carving board
• pan

Preparation:
1. Dice the chicken.
2. Halve the grapes and remove the seeds.
3. Heat a pan with vegetable oil and add the chicken, salt and pepper and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until readiness.
4. Stir the mayonnaise and curry in a bowl until incorporated.
5. Add the chicken, grape, pineapple and mix well. Sprinkle the salad with cilantro leaves.
