BONELESS CHICKEN GRAVY
Ingredients
Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
Button red chilies 4
Cashew nuts 6
Cloves 4
Cardamoms 4
Cinnamon 1 stick
Tomatoes 2
[Roast all on tawa and grind dry to a powder then add in it tomato and blend well.]
Other Ingredients
Whole spices mixed 1 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Turmeric ½ tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Brown onion grounded 2 tbsp heaped
METHOD
Heat oil, add whole spices with chicken cubes, fry for 5 mins, add dry spices, fry well till oil floats on top, add in grounded masala with blended tomatoes, cook for 10 mins, lastly add brown onion, ½ cup water, cook till oil comes on top, serve garnished with coriander leaves.
