This is a Tragic Video of a Father Being Fatally Shot by Austin Police in this Dramatic and Graphic Viewer Discretion 18+ Officer Involved Shooting video. This incident involved 2 separate shootings and started when off-duty Austin Police Officer Gabriel Gutierrez got into a "road rage" incident with Gonzales shortly after midnight and this first shooting was not captured on video. During this first shooting, Gutierrez fired multiple shots at the car driven by 27-year-old Alex Gonzales and his wife and baby were in the car.
When responding Officers arrive, the video shows his wife already shot and on the ground outside of their car. She was screaming for her husband to check on their baby in the backseat. In the video, you can see Gonzales walking around the back of his car to where his wife was shot. He did not follow the Officer's commands and when he reached into the backseat to check on his baby, he was shot multiple times.
