The Lahore Smart City is set to become the 2nd smart city of Pakistan and will be developed on international standards devised for infrastructural development. The balloting and possession of the plots have been started. It is said to be the first digital city of Pakistan, equipped with state of the art IT university, five colleges, stem education system and Health zone it is becoming the hub of IT professionals.
