Stranded dog gets rescued off the coast of Chile

A daring rescue operation has been taking place off the coast of Chile. Firefighters and navy personnel were alerted to a dog - stuck on a rocky out-crop near the city of Concepción. The BBC's Tim Allman takes up the story.
