We're here in the new year, the festive period behind us - plenty of bad weather and not so much to look forward to for a while. One way to find some respite from the winter blues is of course to try something new, so I thought I'd head along to Bear Grylls Adventure at the NEC in Birmingham find some way to challenge myself.
