This year, thousands of tourists are expected to head for the Antarctic ice as the southern hemisphere summer sets in. They will be travelling on one of more than 50 cruise ships braving a two-day trip across a notoriously rough stretch of ocean. But there are concerns tourists are going to damage what is often considered the last untouched wilderness on the planet.
