According to the latest data from property analyst Core Logic home values declined in Australia for the first time in four years. Australia's largest cities saw the steepest falls, as the impact of eight consecutive interest rate rises took hold. While it's led some parts of the property market to come off the boil in 2022, there was no such cooling in others.
