Eastern Ontario is still under winter weather warnings as a result of a tumultuous mix of precipitation and high winds that began Thursday night. Wind gusts of 40 to 70 kilometres per hour will make those temperatures feel even colder. With the wind chill, it will feel like -17 degrees overnight.
