National Archives release political files from Tony Blair’s time in government

The National Archives has released almost 600 files from the Cabinet Office and Prime Minister's Office from 2001 and 2002. This was during the premiership of Tony Blair, the last labour leader to win an election in the UK. Dr Juliette Desplat, Head of Modern Collections at the National Archives said they have released almost 600 files covering home affairs, domestic affairs and policy. PA
