Several states in India are witnessing cold wave conditions. Delhi and some parts of North India are experiencing extreme cold weather. The temperatures have fallen in Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan as well. On December 25, the temperature dipped to 5.3 degrees Celsius in Delhi.
