The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows, and Vinny Nascimento learned this lesson the hard way.
This video kicks off with Vinny approaching a bench while skateboarding. He decides to go for a trick that would see him performing a skate jump and ending up on the bench.
While he successfully pulls off the jump, he fails to attain stability and takes an ugly fall that leaves him with an injured right knee.
