This time we are making a Flavorful Chicken Stew.
This is the authentic Manadonese food called Chicken Tinoransak but this time we added turmeric to make it more colorful. If you want a spicier taste, you can add more chilies
You have to try this chicken recipe :)

Ingredients :
1 pc free range or 750 gr/1.5 lb chicken, cut in pieces, boil for 5 minutes (do not overcook), Drained. Set aside.
300 ml Water
2 pc spring onions, sliced
8 Shallots, chopped
10 pcs kaffir lime leaves, finely sliced
2 Pandan Leaves, sliced
1 tsp Salt or to taste
1 tsp Chicken Powder or to taste
50 ml Cooking Oil

Spice For The Paste :
5 stem lemon grass, take the white part
4 cm Turmeric
2 cm Fresh ginger
3-7 cm Galangal
3 cloves garlic
7-10 pc small red chillies / bird chillies (add more if you like more spicy)
Put all ingredients for the paste in a blender or wet grinder and blend into smooth paste
