Sheffield Council hosts Stannington Christmas party

Sheffield Council organised a Christmas party for the residents of Stannington and Malin Bridge following 'major incident' where hundreds of homes were left without heating or cooking facilities. It was caused by more than 400,000 litres of water from a burst pipe leaking into the gas main.
