A mix of sci-fi and survival horror as The Callisto Protocol's foundation, fans should expect the game to resemble other genres of horror that are based on space, such as Dead Space, Alien: Isolation, and Observation. The Callisto Protocol easily creates encounters that can best be described as stressful, but addicting enough to ensure that the anxiety is accepted. The hallway battle scene can easily be compared to certain Daredevil hallway sequences on the Netflix series, or even the opening hallway scene of Sifu Obviously, this was targeted more towards terror, however, trying to smoothly make it throughout the hallway is certainly going be something that fans will be seeing in the social media feeds shortly after the release.

In fact, the best strategy we discovered (fairly quickly) was attempting to control the panic button slamming that the game deliberately requires players to do. It's up to you to solve the mysteries hiding beneath the moon's shadows dead moon and the horrors inside Black Iron Prison. Being able to determine the best direction to avoid is hard to do the first time and may require you to understand an adversary's attack patterns through trial and experience.
