The Thetford Santa Sleigh Run, which was on the verge of being cancelled this year, has been saved.
Sharon Thompson, organiser of event for the last five years, was let down just days before it was meant to start on the last week of November.
But thanks to town businesses, Mark Skinner Funeral Services and scissor lift hire company Uphire as well as many supporters of the popular event, Santa was out last night seeing children.
