A speeding car hit three children in the Gulabi Bagh area of Delhi on December 18. Two children received minor injuries while the third is critical but stable and admitted to a hospital.
The out-of-control car, shown on CCTV, ran over the youngsters on the sidewalk before coming to a stop at a safe distance.
