No case is small for the Supreme Court: CJI D Y Chandrachud

Chief Justice of India Dr D Y Chandrachud addressed the Ashok Desai Memorial Lecture in Mumbai on December 17. While addressing the event, he said that no case is too small or too big for the Supreme Court of India. “There is no case which is small enough or big enough for every court in the nation, be it the district judiciary, the high court or the Supreme Court,” said the Chief Justice of India Dr D Y Chandrachud.
