While there are plenty of businesses struggling to get enough staff, a new survey from Anglicare Australia shows that the same people remain locked out of the jobs market, and they spend an average of 5 years looking for work. Executive Director of Anglicare, Kasy Chambers, says there just aren't enough entry level jobs to go around.
