Queensland government fines Star $100 million and suspends casino licence

Star Entertainment group has been fined 100 million dollars and a special manager has been appointed to oversee its Queensland casinos over compliance breaches. The company has also been given 12 months to prove why its casino licences should not be suspended for 90 days.
