Conservative MPs arrive at Cabinet Office for COBRA meeting

A meeting of the government's emergency response committee, COBRA, is being held in the Cabinet Office this afternoon. It comes as a wave of winter strikes threatens to disrupt much of the Christmas period, with walkouts planned from nurses, paramedics, rail workers and Border Force staff over pay disputes.
