The startup world is on the rise. Most of the top 10 largest companies in the world are in technology. The global startup economy is worth over $3 trillion. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about Pakistan. Though the startup ecosystem has shown promise in the past 2-3 years but its potential is still untapped. One of the major reasons for this is the lack of awareness about startups and entrepreneurship amongst our masses.

The purpose behind initiating Startup aur Pakistan is to introduce the startup world to our local people. We aim to highlight the major socio-economic challenges facing Pakistan and how our youth, by leveraging technology, are overcoming these challenges and playing their part in improving the health of Pakistan’s economy.

Our goal is to let the youngsters know that they can opt for entrepreneurship as a career choice and also want to highlight the impact startups can have in a developing country like Pakistan.
